5. AI & Data Processing
MoPix uses artificial intelligence, including our proprietary Intent Refinement technology (patent pending, USPTO filing April 30, 2026), to analyze profiles and production requirements for matching purposes. Your profile data is processed by AI models to generate recommendations and surface relevant results. We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent. AI-generated suggestions are informational only.
6. Information Sharing
We share your information only as follows:- Other Users: Your profile is visible to producers and production companies searching for crew
- Service Providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (infrastructure) — all under data processing agreements
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to users)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever. 7. Your Privacy Rights

MoPix is based in the United States. If you access the Service from the EEA, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as the legal mechanism for such transfers.
12. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Row-Level Security (RLS) is enforced at the database level. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
13. Children's Privacy
MoPix is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@mopix.io and we will delete it promptly.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
